摘要
本论文讨论了数字锁相环的构成,工作原理,而后介绍了其在电路中的应用,包括频率合成原理(锁相环电路搭成的分频电路、倍频电路、混频电路,三环频率合成电路),以及调频调制电路与解调电路。此外,本文着重在SystemView仿真上面做研究,用该软件仿真了以上各电路并绘制波形。
本论文首先介绍了锁相环的发展过程、应用,及锁相环频率合成技术的发展状况,当中包含了4钟频率合成技术,包括直接模拟式频率合成技术、锁相式频率合成技术、直接数字式频率合成技术、混合式频率合成技术,对ELANIX SystemView做了大概的介绍。而后,介绍了本文的重点即锁相环的频率合成技术,包括其原理及各种应用。最后,展示了本设计的主要内容,即用SystemView模拟数字锁相环构成分频器、倍频器、混频器、三环式频率合成器,以及调频电路和调频波解调电路。

DIGITAL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER BASED ON PLL CIRCUIT AND SYSTEMVIEW SIMULATION
Abstract
This thesis introduced the theory of the Phase Lock Loop,including its structure, work principles. Then the application of PLL, mainly in two parts, one is the frequency synthesis including frequency divider, frequency multiplier, frequency mixer and 3 Loops frequency synthesizer. The other is the frequency modulating and demodulating part. Besides, this article focuses on the SystemView simulation, draw the circuits and achieve waveforms.
This article firstly suggests the developing, application of the PLL, and frequency synthesis method using PLL; makes an introduction to ELANIX SystemView. Then introduces the focus of the article, frequency synthesis of PLL circuits, contains the principle and application. At last, it presented the main content, the simulation of PLL by using SystemView, including the frequency divider, frequency multiplier, frequency mixer, 3 Loops frequency synthesizer, and frequency modulating and demodulating circuits.
