摘要:目的观察参苓白术颗粒预防恶性肿瘤化疗所致恶性、呕吐的疗效。方法将86例癌症患者随机分为两组,对照组化疗期间用盐酸昂丹司琼针剂和甲氧***普***针剂治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用参苓白术颗粒化疗前服用10d。结果对照组显效率为(8/43)%,有效率为(7/43)%,总有效率为(15/43)%,治疗组显效率为(13/43)%,有效率为(17/43)%,总有效率为(30/43)%。两组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论参苓白术散预防恶性肿瘤化疗所致恶性、呕吐有较好疗效。

Curative Effect of Shenling Baizhu Granule in Preventing Chemotherapy-induced Nausea and Vomiting

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect ofShenling Baizhu Granule in preventing chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Methods86 patients with cancer were divided into 2 groups randomly: control and therapeutic groups, 43 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with Ondansetron Hydrochloride Injection and Metoclopramide Dihydrochloride Injection; the patients in therapeutic groups were add with Shenling Baizhu Granule before chemotherapy.
