摘要
随着改革开放和市场经济的不断发展,我国企业文化建设理论上与实践上取得了很大成绩,对建设我国特色社会主义建设和促进国民经济发展都起到了积极作用。在知识经济时代的背景下,现代企业快速发展,企业文化在现代企业经营管理中的巨大作用日渐凸显,企业文化经营深厚的基础和最根本的因素。着重培养一个良好的企业文化,才能使物质资源在精神文化的作用下实现价值的最大化、最优化,才能在今后激烈的全球竞争中立于不败之地。本文着重讲述现代企业文化在建设中的问题进行分析和怎样搞好企业文化建设。
