文档介绍：微型钛板治疗口腔颌面部骨折的临床研究
摘要:目的探讨微型钛板坚固内固定治疗口腔颌面部骨折疗效。方法选取2007年1月~2010年1月我院住院治疗口腔颌面部骨折患者123例的详细临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果 123例患者术后愈合良好,其中I期愈合120例,%,II I期愈合3例,%,骨折术后咬合关系正常者及张开度恢复正常者为112例,%,咬合关系不佳者及张开度恢复不理想者为11例,%。结论微型钛板坚固内固定对颌面部骨折的治疗具有良好的疗效,且术后并发症少等优点。

口腔颌面部暴露于人体表面,极易受伤而引起颌面部骨折,近年来随着人民生活水平的提高及交通运输的发展,颌面部骨折有上升的趋势,传统的治疗方法多采用牙弓夹板颌间牵引术或不锈钢钢丝结扎固定术,其结果造成患者口腔卫生差,稳定性差,影响进食,影响颞下颌关节功能,给患者带来极大的痛苦,而近年来,随着微型钛板坚固内固定技术的发展和应用,为骨折的对线对位直接愈合提供了一个良好的平台[1]。因其稳定性强,术后组织反应
