摘要

从上世纪七、八十年代开始,瑞典、法国、日本、美国等都发生
过电压不稳定(崩溃)事故。这些事故的一个共同特点是:系统发生
扰动时,系统的频率和角度基本维持不变,而某些节点电压持续下降
且不可控制,最终导致系统损失大量负荷或系统瓦解,这类事件被称
为电压失稳或电压崩溃。电压崩溃事故的屡屡发生,引起了电力工作
者的关注,推动了电压稳定的研究。
本文介绍了电压稳定的定义和一些进行电压稳定分析的方法,
并对国内外控制电压稳定的一些常用的方法和手段进行了详细地分
析。针对电力系统解列点选取的问题,本文通过上海市区电网管辖的
瑞金、南市电厂运行方式为例,对自动解列装置在其中的投运情况进
行深入地分析和说明。本文还通过实例对无功电压自动控制装置
(VQC)的实际运行情况进行了介绍和分析,并对其中的不足提出了
解决办法。针对电力系统电压稳定控制的复杂性,本文提出了一个利
用专家系统来辅助调度员对电力系统电压稳定进行决策的方法。最后
本文从无功问题的角度简要地分析了上海电网的电压稳定问题。

THE RESERCH AND APPLICATION OF SEVERAL
TECHNICAL PROBLEMS ON VOLTAGE STABILITIES
OF REGINAL GRID

Abstract

From 70th and 80th decade of last century, it happens some serious
voltage collapse accidents in Sweden, France, Japan and America. There
was a same character in these accidents, when disturbed the frequency
and poer angle of system held stable, however the voltage of some pot
would descent and out of control. This kind of accident is called voltage
collapse or voltage out of stable. Because of rising frequency of these
accidents, many electric operators pay much attention on the problem of
voltage stability.
This article identify the definition of voltage stability and introduce
the ways to analyze voltage stability. In allusion to the choice of
disaggregation point, this article take the case of operate modes of RuiJin
substation and NanShi power plant, then analyze the operation of
automatic disaggregate equipment. In this article we introduce and
analyze operation of reactive power automatic control equipment in real
example, then put forward a solution. In allusion to plexity of
electric voltage control, this article put forward using a expert system to
