上海地铁列车动车齿轮箱吊座裂纹失效分析
摘要
近几年来上海地铁一号线列车动车齿轮箱吊座下盖板多次出
现裂纹众所周知齿轮箱吊座起着传递牵引力固定齿轮箱的重要
作用如果裂纹继续发展导致构架损坏地铁乘客的生命将受到威胁
本文的主要任务就是研究齿轮箱吊座裂纹产生的原因及寻找解决的
方法
本文主要介绍了上海地铁一号线列车动车齿轮箱吊座力学模型
的建立过程并且对上海地铁一号线列车动车在四种工况下齿轮箱吊
座的纵向力垂向力进行了理论计算计算结果与实测数据比较接近
验证了疲劳破坏是产生裂纹的主要原因
运用三维建模软件 Pro/E 和有限元分析软件 ANSYS 从理论上
分析了裂纹产生的原因运用线性累积损伤理论对齿轮箱吊座的疲
劳寿命进行了评估在现场调查研究的基础上提出了延长齿轮箱吊
座疲劳寿命改进结构研究结果显示缺口疲劳系数是影响齿轮箱吊
座疲劳寿命的主要因素改进结构能够满足结构的需要

THE CRACKING FAILURE ANALYSIS FOR GEAR-BOX
BRACKET OF MOTOR CAR OF SHANGHAI METRO TRAIN
ABSTRACT
In recent years, cracks have appeared on the lower cover plate of the
gear-box bracket of the motor cars of the trains of Shanghai Metro Line
one for many times. We know that the gear-box bracket is very important
in transmitting traction force and fixing gear-box. If the cracks
continually develop and cause the bogie destruction, the lives of the
passengers would be threatened. The main task of this thesis is to
investigate the cause of the crack and to find a way to solve it.
In the thesis, the mechanical modeling of the gear-box bracket of the
motor car is mainly introduced and the theoretical calculation to the
longitudinal and vertical forces of the gear box bracket of the Shanghai
Metro Line 1 trains under the four working conditions is made. Some
calculated results well correspond with the actual tested results. It is
validated that fatigue destroying is the main reason of the crack.
In the thesis, 3D modeling software Pro/E and finite element

analysis software –ANSYS are used, the author analyzed the reasons of
the cracks from the theory. With linearity cumulating damage theory, the
fatigue life of the gear-box bracket is evaluated. On the base of the spot
investigations, this topic put forward the ways of prolonging the fatigue
life of the gear-b
