摘要
本课题主要是针对柴油机飞铁座架工艺及工装设计,通过测绘零件,画出毛坯图、零件图,确定零件的加工工艺过程,然后设计有关的专用夹具。该课题从产品结构工艺性,具体零件结构出发,寻求最优的工艺过程。根据题目设计的主要任务是飞铁座架零件的工艺设计。也就是确定该零件的最优加工工艺,以实现自动化提高产量。根据飞铁座架的工作及加工要求,来确定出它的尺寸公差及形位公差。关键在于实现这些要求所进行的加工工艺过程及专用夹具的设计。其中在两道工序中要用到专用夹具的设计,钻削两个小孔和铣削两个斜面时要用到,要重视夹具设计的整个步骤,对零件工序的制定和夹具的整个设计过程要有一个系统的认识。

ABSTRACT
This topic is mainly aimed at diesel engine fly iron gestell process and tooling design, through the surveying and mapping parts, draw a blank figure, parts graph, sure parts processing process, and then the relevant design of special jig. This topic from product structure, specific parts structural conditions of usability, seeking optimal process technology. According to the design is the main task of the topic of flying iron gestell parts process design. Also is to make sure that ponents of the optimal processing technology, so as to realize the automation to increase production. According to fly iron work and processing requirements nowadays, to determine out its dimensional tolerance and geometrical tolerance. The key lies in the realization of these requirements of machining process and special fixture design. In the two processes of want to use in the special jig design, drilling two holes and milling two cant, attention should be paid to the use of fixture design steps, the whole process of parts of the formulation and fixture throughout the design process to have a system of knowledge.
