上海市民营医院健康发展影响因素研究

摘要

目的:了解目前民营医院发展现状,分析影响民营医院健康发展
的因素,为民营医院健康发展提出建议和参考。
方法:(1)文献检索法:收集国内外相关的文献和资料作为理论
分析的基础。( 2)问卷调查法:分二阶段随机整群抽取上海 2 家民营
医院 3 所公立医院 4 类主要人群进行问卷调查。( 3)实地调研法:调
研一所民营医院,总结其经验。
结果:(1) 项因素被认为是影响民营医院健康发展的主要因
素。( 2)医疗服务、经营管理、政策导向、人才建设四大主要因子是
民营医院健康发展的主要影响因子。( 3)民营医院现阶段发展较一般,
但其发展会对整个卫生体系产生积极影响。
结论:初步划分了民营医院健康发展的影响因素,并就民营医院
未来发展方向进行了调研,阐明了针对各项影响因素民营医院以及政
府部门应采取的举措,对于未来民营医院的长期发展将起到一定的参
考作用。
建议:(1)完善卫生政策,加强行业监管。( 2)人性化服务,提
高医疗服务水平。( 3)明确经营理念,诚信经营,创建医院品牌。( 4)
加强人才培养与引进,增加员工积极性。

Study on the Influence Factors of
Private Hospitals’ Healthy Development in Shanghai

ABSTRACT

Purpose:
prehensively understand the present situation of private hospitals’
development in Shanghai;To analyze the factors which affect the healthy
development of private hospitals and provide the references for the healthy
development of private hospitals.
Method:
(1) Document Retrieval: To collect the relevant documents and
information at home and abroad for the basis of the theoretical analysis. (2)
Questionnaire Survey: The survey toke two-stage random group method to
select four groups of people from 2 private hospitals and 3 public hospitals in
Shanghai. (3) Empirical Analysis: Select on private hospitals as the study
object to sum up its experience.
Result:
(1)20 factors were considered as the main influence factors of private
hospitals’ healthy development. (2)Health service, management, policy and
oriented construction of people with ability were the four main factors which
affect the healthy development of private hospital. (3)Although the
development of private hospitals is not so satisfied now, their healthy
development will have a positive influence on health system.
Conclusion :
This article primarily marked off the influence factors of private hospitals’
development and
