圆管内置螺旋扭带的强化传热研究
摘要
换热器是热力过程中的关键设备,广泛应用于能源、动力、化工、
冶金、机械、食品、交通、航空与航天等领域。强化传热技术是提高换
热器效率,减小换热器体积,降低成本的关键技术。本文主要采用理论
分析和试验研究的方法对内置螺旋扭带的强化传热特性进行系统的研
究,主要的研究工作如下:
(1) 将对流换热的理论应用于内置螺旋扭带换热器管程传热与流阻特性
研究,表明内置螺旋扭带换热器管程产生以旋转为主要特征的复杂流动,
从而较大程度地强化了传热过程。
(2) 理论分析了螺旋扭带强化传热机理,根据理论分析结果进行了内置
螺旋扭带强化传热原件的结构设计,完成了两种不同的结构形式的内置
螺旋扭带及换热器试验件的设计。
(3) 利用换热器性能测试平台,对内置螺旋扭带换热器进行试验研究,
得到内置螺旋扭带换热器传热系数与管侧流速关系曲线及内置螺旋扭带
换热器的管侧流阻曲线。内置螺旋扭带换热器与光管换热器相比,换热
效率提高了一倍。

STUDY ON HEAT TRANSFER ENHANCEMENT
OF TUBE WITH TWISTED TAPE INSERTS
ABSTRACT
Heat exchanger is the ponent in the thermal process; it has been wildly used
in energy, power, chemical, metallurgy, mechanical, food engineering, vehicle and
aeronautics. The technology of enhancing heat transfer is the key method to improve
efficiency of heat exchanger, reduce volume of heat exchanger and save cost; enhancing
heat transfer could improve energy efficiency and make the environment sustaining.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the heat transfer enhancement mechanism.
The study is focus on the following aspects.
(1)Using convection theory on the study of heat exchanger with twisted tape insert in
tube side, to find out the principle of heat enhancement and flow resistance of this insert.
It shows that the twisted tape could create rotating flow and enhance the heat transfer.
(2)Base on the theory analysis, two kinds of different twisted tape have been
developed. One is the simple twisted tape; another one is corrugated twisted tape with
support column.
(3) Experiment study on heat exchanger with specified twisted tape insert has been
carried out. The relationship between heat transfer co-efficiency and flow velocity has
