华阳街道社区管理网格化的实证研究
摘要
网格化是一种新型的社区管理模式研究和完善这一模式对于加强
社区建设推动社区发展具有重要意义这是本课题的现实出发点目
前国内外对网格化社区管理还鲜有研究因此本文可视做这一领域的探
索性研究目的是从发展变化中的城市社区出发探讨上海城市社区管
理模式的完善和创新
本文首先介绍了源于信息技术的网格概念在管理学领域的应用
在此基础上阐述了网格化这种新型的社区管理理念第二部分从上海
社区管理的现状出发分析了网格化社区管理的现实背景和实践基础
指出网格化在社区管理的应用是上海社会发展的必然要求第三第
四部分重点研究了华阳街道这个实施社区网格化管理的典型实例描
述和分析了其总体思路目标定位组织架构项目运作实施效果
等在实证研究的基础上第五部分则是对完善现有的网格化社区管
理进行了初步的理论探讨提出网格化社区管理是加强上海社区建设
的一个创新思路其发展要符合构建和谐社会的要求要通过网格化
机制的建立有效动员整合协同社区各类要素资源参与社区建设
全面推动社区管理网格化向社区治理网格化发展围绕这一观点笔
者最后还就其具体推进提出了一些对策和建议

THE DEMONSTRATION STUDY OF GRIDDING
MANAGEMENT IN MUNITY
ABSTRACT
Gridding is a new manager mode munity. The research about it
will have an important signification for the development munity. This
is the realistic start. Now, there is few study about it in domestic and foreign
academe. The paper tries to discuss the innovation and perfection of the
manager mode of munity.
Firstly, the paper introduces the conception of “Gridding” rooted from IT
tech, which is applicated in the field of the manager, on the base of it,
describing the new idea of Gridding management munity. The second
part analyze the realistic background and practical base of Gridding
management munity in Shanghai , point out that Gridding is the
necessary demand of the society development. The third and fourth part
research the case of munity, describe and analyze the general
thought, the objection, anizing struction, the operating of item, the
effect in pratice, ect. The fifth part probe into the theory of gridding, point out
that gidding is an innovtion munity construction in Shanghai, and it is
accord with the construction of harmonious society. We should promote
gridding manager to gridding father munity,and mobilize and conform
all sorts of resource effectively to join into the construction munity.
