综合信息服务门户业务支撑系统的研究与实现

摘要

本文主要针对移动通信领域增值业务展开讨论,研究了国内外移动通
信领域增值业务发展的形势,参考相关系统以及服务模式,提出了建设
综合信息服务门户系统业务支撑系统的必要性及迫切性,讨论了通信行
业在信息服务方面已经取得的成果和可发展的思路,对上海移动在信息
服务方面的现状和未来进行探讨,研究了上海移动目前信息服务平台的
现状、论证了建设综合信息服务门户业务支撑系统的必要性和可行性,
确定了其业务支撑系统的建设目标。然后对信息服务的业务功能进行细
致分析,综合考虑相关现有系统状况,未来发展情况,以及系统建设的
效率及合理性,提出了系统的整体构架方案,研究了包括网络构架、容
量估算、系统组成、设备选型,连接方式等主要方面。另外根据业务功
能提出的需求,对底层数据库结构,数据组成,模块划分,语音流程,
业务流程,相关接口等方面进行了细化的设计。

ABSTRACT
This paper mainly for munications value-added business
discussion on the domestic and international value-added mobile
communications business development situation, the information systems and
related services and proposed construction of integrated information services
portal system operational support systems and urgency of the need to discuss
the information in munications industry service has been achieved
and the idea of development, Shanghai Mobile Ltd. information services in
the present and future are discussed on the Shanghai mobile information
service platform of the current status, proof of building integrated
information services portal business support systems necessity and feasibility
of their business identified the goal of building up the system. Then the
information services business functions for detailed analysis, comprehensive
consideration of the relevant existing systems, future development, and
system construction efficiency and rationality of the proposed framework for
the overall system, including work architecture research, capacity
estimates, ponents, equipment selection, connectivity, and other
major aspects. Also in accordance with the needs of business functions, the
underlying database structure, ponents, modules
