1 Subject contents and scope of applicability
This standard specifies the motor vehicles durability running test method
This standard is applicable to motor vehicles in bulk production (for reference of mininig dump truck in implementation).

3 Terms
Motor vehicles durability
Refers to the capability of motor vehicles plete the function when reaching certain technical or economic index limits under the specified application and maintenance conditions.
Motor vehicles durable rate
Refers to probability when the motor vehicles can reach the predefined first overhaul milage under the specified application and maintenance conditions without damage to the durability.
Damage to motor vehicles durability
Means the fatigue damage of ponents has e abnormally frequent; abrasion exceeds the limit value; corrosion and aging of materials, main technical performances of vehicles decrease and exceed the specified limit value; the maintenance costs keep increasing, and have reached a level which is economically irrational or the safety cannot be guaranteed for further use, and the result is to replace the main assembly or perform overhaul with the vehicle.
4 Test conditions
As per GB/T12678.
5 Test vehicles
Vehicle quantity used for vehicle durability running test is confirmed as per Table 2.
This test can use the same group of vehicles for vehicle application test, and routine reliability test.
The manufacturing, assembly, adjustment quality plete car and various assemblies and parts shoul
