摘要
上海电信发展至 2005 年 3 月底已拥有交换容量近 900 万门实装用户约 760 万
门交换系统数量为 240 个面对如此众多的用户以及日益增长的个性化用户需
求仅仅基于现有网络已能难提供多种多样的业务固网智能化无疑指出了一条明路
通过对现有网络的有限投资可以解决目前所遇到的难以部署的被叫触发类业务和交
互类智能业务解决对用户业务数据的集中管理问题从而缩短业务开发周期提
高业务布放效率但在引入固网智能化的同时又必须充分考虑实际方案不应对现网
造成较大的改动应确保网络安全不改变网络结构初期投资不大但又可根据市
场业务发展的需求进行灵活扩容以充分利用现有网络设备的空余能力挖掘现有网
络的潜力
在这种背景情况下上海贝尔阿尔卡特依据上海电信的需求专门成立了项目组
和上海电信的专家一起对这个课题进行研究和探讨本文即是从为上海电信网络智能
化现网设计的角度对该方案的确定说明和分析并在现有网络基础上通过对话
务模型的有效计算以达到优化网络结构整合资源利用升级和改造节点设备引
入新技术等手段来最终提升现有网络提供业务的能力达到快速响应市场需求的目
标

PROJECT DESIGN OF SHANGHAI PSR
NETWORK INTELLIGENCE
ABSTRACT

Till , Shanghai has reached 9M lines on the switching
capacity. The real deployed users reached , nearly including 240
switching sites. Possessing such work, Shanghai is facing
big challenge on how to satisfy the increasing differential services? The
difficulties are: how to largely deploy the called-trigger services and
interacting services? How to centralize the subscriber attributes in order to
speed up the service development and much easier to manage? But solving
such difficulties should be based on: less impact on the work;
work security; less investment at beginning but good extensibility
when the business growth; maximally reusing the current equipments;
Considering all the requests above, this thesis will introduce the PSR
network intelligence solution, offering a way to enhance the service
deployment in terms of optimizing work topology, restructuring the
resources, updating the node equipment, introducing the new technology and
so on.
