本文是对垫片的冲孔及其落料及其落料模具的设计,通过对零件图形的结构和生产工艺性的分析,决定采取冲孔和落料在同一道工序完成的复合模。同时考虑到倒装式复合模的冲孔废料直接由冲孔凸模从凸凹模内孔推下,无顶件装置,结构简单,操作方便,故采用倒装式复合模具。
此倒装式复合模具的设计,包含:1、首先对零件的工艺性进行分析,然后选择了几个可行方案,接着对工艺方案进行演算和比较,最终确定采用倒装式复合冲裁模,2、制定工艺流程,选择排样图,对材料的利用率进行计算,3、初步确定冲模结构,包括:(1)模具的具体形式(2)定位装置(3)卸料装置(4)导向零件(5)模架4冲裁力计算5、模具刃口尺寸的计算6、冲裁模具主要零件的设计及计算,包括:(1)落料凹模(2)冲孔凸模(3)凸凹模7、标准零件的设计及计算,包括(1)模架(2)导柱、导套(3)上、下模座(4)卸料螺钉8、其它支撑零件,包括(1)模柄(2)固定板及垫板9、紧固件的选择。

Abstract
This article is to punching and blanking of gasket and the design of the blanking die, based on the graphic structure and parts in the production of manufacturability analysis, decided to take a process with punching and blanking in the pound die. At the same time considering the flip chip pound die of punching waste directly by punching punch from intensive inner hole pushed down, no top device, simple structure, convenient operation, the flip chip posite mould is adopted.
The flip chip pound mould design, includes: 1, first of all parts of the manufacturability analysis, and then select several feasible scheme, then the process calculation parison, the final determination by flip chip pound blanking die, 2, making process, choose the layout diagram, the material utilization ratio is calculated, 3, preliminary determine the punching die structure, including: (1) the particular form of mould (2) the positioning device (3) discharging device (4) guide elements (5) die set 4 blanking force calculation blade dimension calculation of 6, 5, die blanking die design and calculation of main parts, including: (1) (2) of blanking die punching punch (3) intensive 7, the design and calculation of standard parts, including (1) (2) the guide pin, guide sleeve (3) (4) the upper and lower die shoe discharging screw 8, other supporting parts, including (1) (2) the handle fixed plate and plate 9, selection of fasteners.
