摘要:卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机是一种广泛应用于过程工业的分离悬浮液的离心分离机械。具有自动、连续操作、应用范围广、结构紧凑、单机生产能力大等优点。现在已广泛应用于化工、石油化工、石油炼制、轻工、医药、食品、纺织、冶金、煤炭、选矿、船舶、军工等各个领域。本课题的任务为设计一台卧式螺旋推料离心机,用于甲醇净化。首先概述课题选择的意义及国内外卧螺离心机的研究现状。然后对其主要部件转鼓和螺旋输送器进行设计与计算,并对离心机的生产能力和各功率作了研究;对辅助部件,如差速器、电机、轴承等,进行选型,并完成传动设计和密封装置的设计。再者,对转鼓大端盖进行强度校核。最后对当今国内外卧式螺旋离心机的研究发展状况进行了总结和展望。

Abstract:Horizontal scroll decanter centrifuge is a centrifuge machine which is widely used in processing industrial separation of slurry. It has automation, a continuous operation, wide application range, compact structure, large single capacity of production and other characteristics. Now it also has been widely used in chemical, petrochemical industry ,oil refining, light industry, medicine, food, textile, metallurgy, coal, mineral, marine, environmental protection, military and other fields of solid-liquid separation. The topic for the task is to design a horizontal scroll decanter centrifuge which drum diameter is 450mm for methanol purification. Firstly, sketch out the meaning of the task and the research status of horizontal scroll decanter centrifuge in China and other countries in the World. Then design and calculate the main parts of the centrifuge, like the bowl and the helical conveyor, also study the production capacity and the power. For other assist parts, such as differential, electrical machine, Bearings and so on, select the model; plish transmission design and sealing equipment. Moreover check the strength of the big end. Finally, the situation of current domestic and foreign centrifuge research and development is summed up and expected.
