PLC是一种专门为在工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作的电子装置,它具有可靠性高,抗干扰能力强,编程直观简单,适应性好,功能完善,接口功能强等一系列优点并广泛的用于工业控制中,而传统的继电器控制,因其接触器触点受机械运动的影响,触点寿命受到限制,故障率高,可靠性不及PLC控制,为此,提出用PLC对我们工业加工应用中广泛应用的X62W万能铣床的控制系统进行改造,该设计详细地对以上两种机床的控制线路进行分析,并系统的介绍了利用PLC对这种机床进行改造方法和方案。其中重点讲述了PLC设计的方法和系统完成后的调试,对PLC的选型和PLC的特性及使用环境也做了简单的介绍。
此次毕业设计中,我熟悉了机电一体化设计的基本过程,并把各门所学的知识融会贯通形成一个有机的整体,为以后的设计工作打下了良好的基础,同时我也深深的体会到了不足之处,我一定会在今后的工作中不断学习,不断实践。

Abstract
PLC is a puting operations electronic device which specialized in application of industrial environment , it has a high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, simple and intuitive programming, adaptability, and improve the function, interface and a series of strong features and advantages for a wide range of industrial control, The traditional relay control, because their contacts is influent by mechanical motion,contact life is limited, the high failure rate, less than the reliability of PLC control, to that end, the authors propose to use PLC in our industrial processing applications, widely used the model of machine tools X62W universal milling machine , the detailed design of the machine tool to control the line analysis system and introduced the use of PLC for the kind of machine tools and methods to carry out reform programs . Which focus on the design of the PLC after pletion of the system and method of debugging, the PLC and PLC selection and use of the characteristics of the environment have also done a brief introduction.
In this graduation design, I acquainted with the machine electricity integral whole to turn the basic process of design, and integrate the knowledge that each one learn to e anic whole, for later design work to lay a good foundation, I also realized the place of the shortage deeply at the same time, I will keep learning and practicing constantly in future
