摘要:在水温(±) ℃条件下,测定了中华鲟(acipenser sinensis gray)仔鱼的初次摄食率,研究了延迟投饵对中华鲟仔鱼的摄食、存活及生长的影响。结果显示,中华鲟仔鱼6日龄时卵黄囊基本吸收完毕,不可逆点出现在延迟投饵第七天(14日龄),开始投喂饵料的最佳时期应在仔鱼开口后的2~3 d之内,即第9~10日龄。仔鱼从7日龄时开口摄取外界食物,最高初次摄食率出现在延迟投饵5 d(12日龄)时,%。仔鱼存活率随延迟投饵天数的增加而显著性降低,延迟投饵0~3 d内,仔鱼存活率均为90%以上,延迟投饵7~9 d内,仔鱼存活率下降至50%左右,延迟投饵11 %,延迟投饵时间12 d时仔鱼全部死亡。仔鱼全长和体重均随延迟投饵天数的增加而呈现明显降低趋势。

abstract: in the water temperature of (±) ℃,first feeding rate of acipenser sinensis gray larvae was tested, and the the effects of delayed feeding on the feeding, survival and growth of a. sinensis gray larvae were investigated. the results showed that the old yolk of 6 days age a. sinensis gray larvae had pletely absorbed, and the irreversible point appeared at the 7 days of larvae start feeding. the best period of feeding was 2~3 days after start feeding, 9~10 days age
