摘要
本文以研制新型航空地面电源作为出发点,以逆变器为研究对象,在充分
了解逆变技术发展现状的基础上,得出了采用由双降压式半桥逆变器组成的组
合式三相逆变器实现大功率输出,该电路简洁可靠,具有很强的带不平衡负载
能力。
论文首先对双降压式半桥逆变电路的两种工作模式进行了详细的分析,为
其控制方法和应用研究提供了电路的理论基础,为了提高效率,使逆变器工作
在无偏置电流运行模式下,然后分析了滞环无偏置电流控制方法,对控制系统
进行了稳态分析和外特性分析,对主电路进行了损耗分析。
接下来给出了主电路中主要参数的选取方法和元件的设计方法,主要包括
输入直流电压的确定,输入输出滤波电容的选取,输出滤波电感的选取和设计
方法,IGBT 的选取和续流二极管的选取。然后介绍了控制电路的设计,其中包
括三相基准正弦波的数字实现方法,滞环控制电路的设计,驱动电路和过流保
护的设计以及辅助电源的设计过程。
最后用 Saber 软件对系统进行了仿真,并且给出了试验过程中遇到的问题及
解决方法。

ABSTRACT
This paper focused on the research of new pattern ground power supply unit for
aeroplanes, and majored in the design of inverter. Based on sufficient acquaintance of
the development and current situation of inverter, this paper adopted three phase
bined with the dual buck half bridge inverters to get the large power
output. This circuit is simple and reliable, and strong capable to afford imbalance
loads.
At first, this paper analyzed two work modes of the dual buck half bridge
inverter in detail, and prepared the academic basement of circuit for the control
method and application research. In order to improve the efficiency, the inverter must
work at the non-bias current mode. Then this paper analyzed the hysteresis control
method of non-bias current mode, analyzed the stable state and external behavior of
this control system and the dissipation of mail circuit.
The following words gave ponents’ design process and the main
parameters’ selected method for the main circuit, which included the certainty of the
input direct voltage, the selection of the input and output filter capacitor, the selection
and design method of the output filter inductance, and the selection of IGBT and
