摘要
新中国外贸成长的历史已近30年。经过这些年的苦心经营,中国的外贸规模已今非昔比。到2004年末,中国的进出口总值已突破亿万美元大关,,已连续6年稳居第三位,成为世界瞩目的贸易大国。中国已发展成为世界贸易大国,但是还算不上世界贸易强国,与世界贸易强国相比,尚有很大差距,要成为世界贸易强国,还有很长的路要走;中国出口商品结构已进入到一个大调整阶段,今后中国商品出口贸易的发展方向应该是在保持非熟练劳动密集型产品出口已有规模的同时,将商品出口贸易进一步扩张的着眼点置于资本、技术与知识密集型产品上;要实现中国出口商品结构的升级,必须以竞争优势为导向,将潜在的比较优势转化为现实的竞争优势。
本文分四部分来分析中国出口商品结构的演变。第一部分从出口的初级产品和工业制成品以及劳动密集型产品和资本密集型产品出口的比例变化,阐述了出口商品结构的演变历程及其现状;第二部分分析了出口商品升级的主要影响因素,即产业结构升级和外商投资企业;第三部分探究出口商品结构升级的瓶颈,最后提出建议意见及总结全文。

ABSTRACT
History of new China's foreign trade growth is nearly 30 years. After years of painstaking efforts, the scale of China's foreign trade has been a great change. The end of 2004, China's import and export value has exceeded hundreds of millions of . dollars. In 2007, China import and export volume reached $ 2,173,830,000,000, has ranked third for six consecutive years, e the world's major trading power. China has developed into the world trading power, but it is not really a world trade power, compared with the world trade power, there is still a big gap. If China wants to e a really world trade power, there is still a long way to go. China's export structure has entered a major adjustment period. China's merchandise exports in the future direction of development should be in keeping the scale of unskilled labor-intensive exports while the further expansion of exports of goods focused on capital, technology and knowledge-intensive products. To achieve the upgrading of Chinese modity structure, we have petitive advantage as the guidance; translate the parative advantage into petitive advantage.
