[摘要] 随着医药工业的迅速发展,新药不断涌现,药品包装也越来越小,不同规格、剂型的药品越来越多,国家为完善和规范药品包装、标签及说明书也陆续出台了不少的规章制度,但在医院药品管理和使用中,经常发现因药品包装相似和包装方式不当而引发的问题仍然相当突出,经统计,药房调配处方发生差错的基本原因以药品外包装相似为主,居首位,而同一药品不同规格引起的差错, 占居第二。希望药品生产厂家在药品包装和外标签的设计上更加科学、规范,药品包装除了必须保证药品质量和方便运输外,还应多考虑方便临床使用和特殊群体患者的需求,以确保药品在使用中真正做到安全、有效、方便,减少因药品包装不当而引发的药疗事故。
