城市电网规划研究
摘要
城市电网规划是电力系统规划和城市规划的重要组成部分科
学合理地进行城市电网规划是实现未来城市电网经济性和安全性的
先决条件可以给国家建设和城市发展带来巨大的经济和社会效益
本文以城市电网规划理论和方法的研究为基础主要对影响城
市电网规划方案的电力负荷预测和变电站优化选址规划进行研究
在负荷预测方面形成了负荷总量预测空间负荷预测的基本框架
和流程建立了负荷分布计算模式和方法提高了预测的准确性
在变电站选址规划方面将优化理论引入建立了单源和多源连续
选址数学模型确定了模型的算法并进行编程以求在一定负荷水
平下的最佳变电站站址采用分类分区法变电站优化选址等城
市电网规划理论对上海世博园区临港新城电力系统规划的实例
在负荷分布预测结果的基础上合理地确定了变电站的容量位置
供电范围及配电网络接线模式取得了优化网络结构提高电
压质量和供电可靠性的效果成功地完成和实现了上海市两个重要
园区的城市电网规划方案

URBAN POWER DISTRIBUTION PLANNING
ABSTRACT
Urban power distribution planning is the main part of power system planning and
city planning, so doing it reasonably is the prerequisite condition of realizing the
economic and social benefit to country construction and city development.
Based on the theory and method of urban power distribution planning, power load
forecasting and the optimization of substation location are mainly studied, which
influence on the quality of planning schemes. Firstly, in load forecasting, the accuracy
is improved by forming basic frame and flow of space load forecasting, and founding
the model and method of load distribution; Secondly, in substation location planning,
computations and programs of models are decided on finding the best one under
certain load, by quoting optimization theory to found mathematical model of single-
power-supply and multi-power-supply essive locating; Lastly, distribution
network planning, according to sections and substation location optimization, is
analyzed as the example of Shanghai World’s Fair and Lingang new town. Based on
the result of load forecasting, work is optimized and reliability of power
supplying is improved by setting reasonably the capacity, location, power supply
range of substation and the work. Now the two urban power
distribution plannings are essfully realized in Shanghai.
