疲劳强度研究
摘要
三车翻车机以翻卸量大、效率高成为煤炭专业化运输线上接卸列车的主力。三车翻车机采用三车双环整体平台形式,其中的主梁钢结构是主要承载部件,跨距大、旋转受力。在使用过程中它带动固定于其上的三节火车车厢进行翻转,以完成卸荷作业。由于它不停地处于一种循环交替的使用过程中,载荷变化剧烈、受力复杂。因此对三车翻车机主梁钢结构疲劳强度分析及疲劳寿命的预测具有重要的意义。本论文致力于建立一套较完整的翻车机主梁疲劳分析及寿命预测方法,解决实际工程中的结构优化设计与制造工艺质量问题。
通过对三车翻车机结构进行有限元计算,对翻车机主梁实际运行过程中所承受的各种复杂载荷进行了详尽的分析研究,获得了准确的结构模型边界条件。建立了可以对主梁钢结构进行分析的主梁静态应力场计算模型和方法。利用计算机辅助采集系统和现场测量技术对主梁结构各部位进行现场载荷谱的获取。通过有限元计算和现场测量、采集进行整理分析,确定出接近实际的应力数值范围及其分布状态,找出结构上的危险点,为翻车机主梁疲劳寿命预测提供重要疲劳性能数据。
通过对翻车机主梁进行疲劳寿命的分析,得到了一些具有实际意义的结果,对工程实际中结构加固以及优化设计起到了重要的指导作用。

Abstract
Because THREE-CAR Dumpling takes on large uninstall and high efficiency, so it has e a taking and uninstalling main force in the professional coal transport line. THREE-CAR Dumpling adopts three-car double whole platform, the main girder steel-structure is main bearing parts, it has a large span and rolling pressed-force. During it is used, it overturns three train
carriage which is fixed on the dumpling, in order to finish uninstalling task. Because it is in a recurrence use all the time, load changes acutely and takes plexly. So researching on the fatigue analysis for the girder of Dumpling and forecasting fatigue life have important meaning. In this paper, we establish a whole analyzing dumpling main girder fatigue and forecasting life way, and solve structure optimize design and technical quality questions in the actual engineering.
We used finite element to calculate the dumpling’s structure, analyzed plicated force in the course of running, and gained acutely model boundary condition. We established calculation model and methods of static stress field with girder. We puter assistant collection system and measure technology to gain load spectrum of girder on the spot. So we confirmed stress scope and condition, searched dangerous point, provided important fatigue data of forecasting girder’s life.
