摘要:随着农村经济的发展,农民的生活也得到了进一步的改善,但是农村污染问题也成为制约农村经济进一步发展的瓶颈,如中小企业肆意排放污染物、农药化肥无节制使用等制约着农村生态环境的改善。本文分析了当前农村环境污染的现状及特点,阐明了农村环境质量下降及污染的原因和存在的主要问题,提出了防治农村环境污染的对策及措施,为此,要深刻认识农村环境污染对农民生存环境造成的影响,并能因时、因地制宜制定出符合农村绿色发展、环保发展、可持续发展的措施,完善农村环境管理体制,加强农村生态污染治理项目建设,尽快启动农村小康环保行动计划,防止农村环境的进一步恶化,努力建设绿色农村、环保农村、生态农村和现代农村。

Abstract: With the development of economic in the countries, the life standard of farmers gets further improvement, but the environment pollution has limited the economic getting faster development, such as middle and small plants pouring pollutions with abandon and using pesticides and chemical fertilizer without limit,which restrict the improvement of eco-environment. This article analyzes the present situation and character of environment pollution, throws light on the reasons why the quality of environment in countries decreased and the existent main problems, and suggests a few ways to protect the pollution. In order to do that, we should deeply recognize what the effects the pollution has on the living environment of farmers , make out steps according with green development, environment-friendly development and sustainable development for countries in the right place and in the right moment, perfect the environment management system, strengthen rural ecologi
