摘要:通过分析TSA46汽轮机油的生产工艺,从基础油自身抗乳化性、加氢油所占比例及罐内杂质等方面入手,考察对成品汽轮机油抗乳化性能的影响。由实验结果可知,在调配汽轮机油时应采取先进先出原则,选择抗乳化性能优越的基础油,并定期清理调合罐,均有利于改善成品油的抗乳化性能。基于实验结果,优化汽轮机油调合方案,指导工业化生产。

Research and Discussion on the Reasons of Affecting the Demulsibility ofTurbine Oil

Abstract:According to the analysis on the TSA46 turbine oil′s production process, the effects of some factors on the demulsibility ofturbine oil were investigated, including the self-demulsibility of base oil, the proportion of hydrogenation oil and the impurities in tank,etc. Results indicated that, in the process of blending turbine oil, following the FIFO (first in first out) principle, choosing the base oil with excellent demulsibility, and cleaning off blending tanks regularly, are propitious to improve the demulsibility of turbine oil. Based on the experimental results, the blending pla
n of turbine oil was optimized to provide reference for the industrial production.

0 引言

广泛用于电力等行业的工业润滑油,其特点是具有优良的氧化安定性、防锈性和抗乳化性能。抗乳化性是汽轮机油的一个重要质量指标,这是因为汽轮机油在使用过程中必然要与水接触。如果汽轮机油的抗乳化性不好,在使用中容易形成乳化液,破坏润滑油形成的油膜,增加摩擦磨损,产生腐蚀,生成沉淀,阻碍润滑油的循环,造成供油不良等,进而威胁机组的安全运行[1-4]。
目前,TSA汽轮机油采用深度精制的基础油与精选复合添加剂调合而成。国内现主要以Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类基础油复合调配为主,调配出的成品油除
