摘要:农产品质量安全是维护农业产业健康发展、保障人民身体健康、实现国家长治久安的基石。由于农业生产的特殊性,农产品质量安全风险起因复杂,整个产业链上安全隐患众多且不易监管。为了有效控制农产品质量安全风险,需要加强对农民的宣传和培训,强化产业链上各个环节的监管,同时运用市场手段引导农产品安全生产和消费。

abstract: the quality and safety of agricultural products is the“cornerstone” to safeguard the healthy development of the agricultural industry, to protect the health of people, and to achieve the stability of the country. due to the special nature of agricultural production, the quality and safety risks of agricultural products are caused by plex of reasons. the security risks of entire agricultural industry chain are numerous and difficult to regulate. in order to effectively control the risk of the quality and safety of agricultural products, it is necessary to strengthen publicity and training of farmers, emphasize the supervision of all aspects of the industry chain, and use market-based instruments to guide the safe production and consumption of agricultural product.
