区域创新环境与创新产出协调发展研究*

摘要以区域创新环境和创新产出协调发展为研究对象。首先,构建了区域创新环境和创新产出评价指标体系
其次,应用熵权法对二者进行了综合评价根据协调发展度模型对我国 30 个省际区域的协调发展度进行了测算最
后,分别应用 Kruskal-Wallis 检验和 Jonckheere-Terpstra 检验对我国三大经济区协调发展度的差异显著性和变动趋
势性进行了统计检验。研究结果表明我国各区域创新环境与创新产出协调发展度较低,约一半区域处于创新环境
与创新产出失调的状态省际区域之间创新环境与创新产出协调发展度差异显著三大经济区之间协调发展度差异
显著,存在从西部地区、中部地区到东部地区呈现依次递进的趋势性特征。在此基础上给出了政策建议。

Research on the Evaluation of Coordinated Development between Regional
Innovation Environment and Innovation Output

Abstract The coordinated development between regional innovation environment and innovation output is the research object. Firstly,the
