拓扑替康联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 28 例近期疗效观察

摘要: 目的观察拓扑替康联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法拓扑替康 1 mg/ m2 , 静脉点滴, 第 1~ 5 天; PDD 30
mg/ m2, 静脉点滴, 第 1~ 3 天。每 21 天为 1 个周期, 连用 2 个周期后评价疗效。结果 CR 2 例, PR 13 例, 总有效率 CR+ PR 5316% 。
本方案主要的毒副反应是骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论拓扑替康联合顺铂是一个安全、有效的治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床方
案。

Combination Chemotherapy with Topotecan and Cisplatin in the Treatment of
28 Cases of Advanced Non_small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract: Objective To observe the recent effect bination chemotherapy with topotecan( TPT) and cisplatin( PDD) in the treatment of pa-
tients with advanced non_small cell lung cancer. Methods Topotecan( TPT ) was 1 mg/ m2 ivgtt, d1~ 5. PDD was 30 mg/ m2 ivgtt, d1~ 3. The
schedule was repeated every 21 days, with at least two cycles. Results T plete response was observed in 2 cases, and partial response was
observed in 13 cases. The overall response rate ( RR) was 53. 6% . The major tox icities were myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reaction. Conclu-
sion The regimen is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with advanced non_small cell lung cancer.
