桑叶药材水浸出物和指标成份的含量测定研究

[摘要] 目的研究桑叶药材的质量,通过药材提取物(流膏、干膏和浸出物)和指标成份含量的测定以及药材的薄层鉴别,从定量角度来研究药
材质量。方法主要采用高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-乙腈-醋酸-水(15:10::)为流动相,检测波长为358nm,流速
1mL/min,柱温30℃。结果不同产地5批桑叶原药材、流浸膏和干膏各样品之间的芦丁含量具有明显的差异,即便是同一产地不同批号的样品芦丁含量
也存在很大的差别。其原药材、流浸膏和干膏芦丁含量的大小次序是一致的,%、%%,湖北2最低分别
%、%%。浸出物的含量测定亦有差异,但均符合标准。水分测定几乎无差异符合规定。结论通过对桑叶药材浸出物和指标成份的
含量测定,可从定量的角度更好地对药材质量进行控制。

[Abstract] Objective To study the quality of medicinal herbs of Mulberry Leaf. The quality of medicinal herbs is studied quantitatively by
