摘要
在经济犯罪案件侦查过程中扣押、冻结、查封措施很大程度上对于其案件侦查的成败
有着决定性的影响,这些不仅可以提高侦查效率、保全相关证据,还可以解决这类案件因为犯罪手段较为专业、利益关系复杂、涉及领域广泛的特点带来的侦查不变,这对侦查人员侦查案件也提出了更为专业的要求,需要在经济犯罪案件中合理的运用扣押、冻结、查封措施,从宏观上把握案件侦查的过程,在具体组织工作中要灵活机动、周密施行,在具体措施施行过程中要注意侦查技术技巧的运用。本文基于经济犯罪案件侦查中扣押、冻结和查封措施作用的基础上,分析经济犯罪案件侦查中扣押、冻结和查封措施的适用规范,并进一步探讨经济犯罪案件侦查中扣押、冻结和查封的措施方法。
