本文时奶芎、山川l芎与川芎的品质作了比较研究≯对川芎的品种和产地
进行了历史考证,查阅了当今在药材市场上销售的奶芎和山川芎的文献,结果为:历代芎翦的原植物比较复杂;唐以前芎翦主产于安徽和甘肃,南北朝时四)Jl有栽种,从宋代开始四川的芎翁占优势。f近代文献只有乳芎、艿芎和山川芎的记载,认为艿芎根茎未成熟,质量差;山川芎是山上所采的川芎根茎,品质较差,亦可药用。对奶芎、山川I芎与川芎进行了生药学研究:奶芎药材颜色较浅,顶端有一突起的顶芽,气微香;而山川芎体形枯瘦,个体较小,中心常有枯朽状沟槽,气香。奶芎组织中纾维木化程度低,油滴较少; 而川芎、山川芎纤维木化程度高,油滴较多。j奶芎、山川芎与川芎挥发油和药材乙醇浸出物的薄层色谱显示:各组分基本相似,但奶芎的斑点明显较小。测定了三种药材的挥发油含量,结果为:川I芎(%),山川芎(%), 奶芎();并对挥发油进行了GC/Ms、Gc分析,三种药材挥发油的成分基本相似。滇中低沸点和高沸点组分的数量有明显差异:都江堰和彭t'1,I Jtl芎中藁本内酯、蛇床内酯含量高于奶芎和山川芎≯对三种药捌鲤魏酸金星斯亍了
测定,结果为:山川芎(%),川I芎(%),奶芎(%)。
对三种药材的总生物碱含量进行了测定,结果:川芎(%),山川芎
(%),奶芎(%)。
根据以上各瑚羹验测定的结果表明:川芎质量最好,应为正品:山川芎稍次:奶芎最差。因此,作者建议山川芎可作川芎药用或作兽药用。奶芎不能作川芎药用。
