摘要
近年来,随着我国国民经济的快速发展,基础设施建设——尤其是交通基础设施的建设与完善——已经越来越成为制约我国经济发展的瓶颈。本文对解决深圳市宝安区龙华镇梅龙路及布龙路一带交通拥挤落后问题的办法一一兴建宝安区“"立交工程——进行了可行性研究。
工程建设项目具有巨大的社会效益和经济效益。而基础设施建设项目项目由于其公共物品的特殊属性,很少有私人机构投资于基础设施建设。从国内外的现状来看,基础设施建设的投资主体都是各国政府。其实,无论投资主体是政府还是私人,项目实施前的技术评价及经济评价都是十分必要的一
一政府要对纳税人负责而私人企业追求的是投资收益。技术上可行的项目在
经济上不一定可行。所以本文研究的研究目的之一即是寻求在满足技术可行的条件下,哪种工程方案具有最好的经济效益及社会效益。
本文首先阐述了建设的必要性。在此基础上运用“四阶段”法(即“出
行生成、分布、交通方式划分及分配")对交通量进行了分析和预测。随后在给出了技术方案的基础上提出了可行的工程方案。最后,对选定的工程方案及其对比方案进行了国民经济评价及投资估算。经上述分析及计算可知, 本项目在技术上可行,在国民经济分析上有巨大的社会收益,能从根本上提升深圳市宝安区龙华镇的交通整体水平,属于急需建设的重要城市基础设施
项目。

Abstract
Recently,with the rapidly booming economic development of China,the fundamental construction,especially the construction and perfection of the transportation system,is gradually ing the bootleneck that limits the
ecomomic paper studies the feasibility of the construction of
“Mei Long Road—Bu Long Road’’Crossroad which can well sovled the mess and lag problem of the transportation around Mei Long Road and Bu Long Road, Bao An District,Long Gang Town,Shen Zhen City.
There are a lot of social and economic benefits within construction projects.
However,due to its attribute of publicity,there is little private investment for the infrastructural public main investor is indeed the central government both domestically and the other hand,no matter who is
the main investor,it is necessary to carry out feasibility study both in technology and economy,for the government should be responsible for its people and a businessman should go for a projects that are feasible considering technology may not necessarily feasible concerning main task of this paper is to find the most appropriate concerning economical and social
