摘 要
随着经济全球化的发展,中国逐渐成为全球制造中心。2009年,造船产业迅速发展, 中国超越日本,成为世界第二大造船大国。国际上各种先进的设备不断引进造船企业, 先进的设备管理方法、管理模式及设备管理经验也不断被引入。中国造船业的设备管理进入了一个崭新的时代。
大连船舶重工集团做为我国目前最大的船舶企业,在企业发展过程中,不断推进信息化建设步伐,与生产管理、质量管理、经营管理相适应,不断改进设备管理工作模式, 在设备管理工作中加大了信息化建设力度。
本文通过对设备管理理论和设备管理信息系统理论的研究,结合国内外设备管理新模式的发展趋势,在对大船集团设备管理现状的调查、研究的基础上,结合设备全过程管理理论,提出了在大船集团建立设备管理系统的解决方案;对企业的业务流程进行了详细的分析,在借鉴了设备管理理论的基础上对企业设备前期管理、资产管理、维修管理、备件管理等相关工作流程进行了规范、合理、科学的再造,采用Windows2000操作系统, SQL Server 的C撑编程语言搭建设备管理系统的平台,确定B/S模式的三层结构体系,对系统进行了详细的设计,建立了大船集团设备管理信息系统。
通过系统的实施,有效地提高企业设备管理的水平,降低管理成本,提高管理效益。通过对国内外先进的设备管理模式的引进和借鉴,对促进造船业设备管理水平及技术进步,实现造船工业信息化具有重要意义。

Study of Shipbuilding Enterprise Equipment Management System Abstract
With the development of economic globalization,China has been the manufacturing center of the ’S Shipbuilding industry developed more rapidly in overtakes Japan to e the second largest shipbuilding kinds of advanced equipment for the international shipbuilding enterprise have been used constantly,advanced management methods,management mode and facilities management experience ale adopted. In China equipment management in equipment manufacturing has entered a new era.
