中文摘要
胆囊炎是消化系统的常见病,中医药治疗该病有其自身的特点和优势。根据导师多年来治疗胆囊炎的临床经验,结合现代医学研究成果。总结了中医药治疗慢性胆囊炎的病因病机和治疗法则,确定以疏肝、利胆、通腹法治疗慢性胆囊炎的组方原则。本文从中医理论和临床治疗两个方面对舒胆颗粒治疗慢性胆囊炎进行了研究、观察、分析其作用机理。
目的:探讨舒胆颗粒治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效,观察在治疗过程中症状、体征的改变,检测药物是否具有毒副作用不良反应等。方法:在确立严格的诊断标准、纳入标准、排除标准和疗效评定标准的基础上,采用随机、均衡、对照的原则,将60例病例合格受试者分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,进行治疗前后和组
间疗效观察,疗程均为2个月。结果‘:结果表明舒胆颗粒对慢性胆囊炎的治疗,具有明显改
善临床症状的作用。治疗组总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组。结论:舒胆颗粒临床疗效显著。没有发现毒副作用及不良反
应。可以应用于临床。

ABSTRCT
The chronic cholecystitis is mon disease of digestive are many distinctive characters and advantages when we use traditional Chinese medical(TCM)science to cure the professor has summarize the cause and the therapeutical
principles of the disease and put forward the TCM this
article we will discuss the study about the effect of Shu-Dan particles on the chronic cholecystitis.
Objective:To study the effect of Shu—Dan particles on the
chronic cholecystitis,observe the symptom and examine whether the medicine has the side effect.
Methods:In terms of the strict standards of diagnosis and evaluation,we will divide 60 patients randomly into 2 group has 30 patients and will be treated for 2 months.
Results:The result demonstrates that Shu—Dan particles can
improve the clinical conditions of patients obviously and have 90% curative pared to the other group.
C:onclusion:Shu—Dan particles have remarkable curative efficiency and have not any side effect and can be used in the clinical therapy on the ch
