摘要
本文以系统分析的SOWT方法为撂譬,结合实隧王作中邂型的憾

Firstly,the thesis expatiated the definiens、characteristic of taxi—
taxi’S status and function in city and taxi‘s strategic circumstance in tile development of city‘s public traffic。Secondly,the thesis introduced
and analyzed the supply and demand circs of city’S public traffic in lhe

北京市出租汽车发展定位研究
城市旅客运输倍受关注,是因为几乎每个人都以某种方式参与这件事,旅客运输已成为我们生活的组成部分,所以,它的问题也是大家所亲身感受的。人的运输是由许多看起来不同的问题组成的一个综合问题,这些问题有城市发展、拥挤、污染、安全、能源、财政等等。旅客运输对社会既是巨大的经济利益,又给社会带来多方面的弊病和难题。
根据国际公共交通联合会(UITP)的研究报告,导致未来城市交通需求大量增长的主要因素是:;;;,特别是小汽车的发展,为城市居民购买私人交通工具提供了条件。然而这种不可阻挡的发展趋势,对于我国目前一些大、中城市的交通状况不断变化,并成为各地政府和交通管理部门十分棘手的问题。北京市交通拥堵的严重状况是广大市民有目共睹的,在新世纪即将来临之际,如何解决北京市公共交通已成为公众关心的“热点”问题。
