摘 要
材料试验机是一种标准测试设备,在各类材料的质量检验、材料科学研究和实验教学环节都需要用它进行材料的力学性能测试。
试验机i奥4控系统具有强实时陛、可扩展性、执行机构精确的运动控制和力控制、多任务处理等性能要求。测控系统既要进行数据采集与处理,还要实现对执行机构的控制,是集计算机检测和控制技术为一体的自动化测试平台。基于PC的微机电控试验机具有良好的测试性能,试验数据、曲线的显示直观,运动控制精确,系统配置简便,数据在线处理能力强。
本文简要论述了试验机的组成、原理、发展方向和存在的问题,阐述了采用模块化结构设计和面向对象方法,在Visual c++下试验机测控系统软件开发中的关键技术。测控系统软件提供了材料试验软件平台,软件设计中考虑了人机界面简洁友好,使用方便的要求。多线程的数据采集和在线数字滤波算法保证了数据采集的准确性,曲线局部放缩算法实现了大范围的曲线放缩,便于查看试验曲线的细节。ess试验信息数据库,使用最小二乘法处理系统标定数据。借助Office自动化技术,实现了通过模板生成报表的报表处理方法。初步提出并分析了一种新的试验过程描述语言和程控自动运行的实现方法。
介绍了开发完成的测控软件,并给出了部分实验结果,整个设备运行平稳,操作方便,证明了系统设计是正确的。

Abstract
The material testing machine is one kind of standard test equipment,all kind of material performance test,the material science research and the experimental teaching need to apply it
to carry on the material mechanics performance test.
The measurement and control of material testing machine system has the performance
requirement of high velocity、expansibility、precise movement control、multitasking and load control of an and SO measurement and control system not only must carry on the data acquisition and processing,but also realize to the an
