摘要:室内抑菌、毒力测定表明,不同杀菌剂对玉米(zea mays l.)顶腐病菌(fusarium subglutinans)菌丝生长的抑制作用不同;玉米顶腐病菌对化学杀菌剂表现敏感,但是敏感程度不同。筛选出10%环唑醇、10%丙环唑、%腈菌唑、50%退菌特等对玉米顶腐病菌抑制效果较好的药剂,可作为防治该病害的首选药剂。

abstract: determination results of indoor bacteriostasis and toxicity showed that the inhibition effects on mycelial growth of maize top rot fungus were different according to fungicides adopted; maize top rot fungus was sensitive to all fungicides but with different levels of sensitiveness accordingly. 10% cyproconazole, 10% propiconazole, % myclobutanil and 50% tuzet were selected as better fungicides to maize top rot fungus, and some useful data on chemical control of the fungus were also provided.

玉米(zea mays l.)顶腐病是世界玉米生产上的重要病害,也是我国玉米生产上的主要病害之一,在我国各地都有不同程度的发生,是制约玉米生产的重要因素。玉米顶腐病于1998年在辽宁省阜新地区首次被发现,是我国玉米生产上发生的一种新病害,在辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、甘肃、新疆等省(自治区)严重发生,许多地块因此病造成毁种。近年来该病的发生有上升趋势,2006年在辽宁、吉林等地突发流行,重病田块发病率高达50%。生产上对玉米顶腐病的防治研究报道甚少。近年来的生产实践表明,在种植特用玉米及玉米制种田该病发生较严重时
