摘要
小区物业管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS),其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。因此本系统通过对小区物业管理的调查、了解后,对MS SQL Server2005数据库管理系统、SQL语言原理、c#、应用程序设计,c#数据库技术进行了较深入的学习和应用,在系统开发过程中我使用c#作为开发工具,结合B/S和C/S结构的优点,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具,尤其是数据窗口这一能方便而又简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象。本系统主要完成对小区物业的以下几个项目的管理:住户管理、住户投诉管理、住户报修管理、物业设备维修管理、停车场管理、物业收费项目管理、物业收费管理,本系统通过系统分析、设计、开发、测试、生成EXE等系统的步骤,使得本系统包括相当的实用功能,包括实现各部分增加、删除、浏览、查询等物业信息管理。同时采用本物业管理系统将极大的简化、方便您的管理,提高您的工作效率和管理效果。系统运行结果证明,本系统能够基本满足住户、小区工作人员以及管理员三方的需要。
