摘要
通过综采工作面选定的配套机械设备,正确选择配套的电气设备,以保证综采设备能够正常地投入运行。
综采工作面供电是否安全、可靠、技术和经济合理,将直接关系到人身、矿井和设备的安全及采区生产的正常进行。由于煤矿井下工作环境十分恶劣,因此在供电上除采取可靠的防止人身触电危险的措施外,还必须正确地选择电气设备的类型及参数,并采用合理的供电、控制和保护系统,加强对电气设备的维护和检修,以确保电气设备的安全运行和防止瓦斯、煤尘爆炸。
综采工作面供电系统设计中,遵循煤矿企业对供电的基本要求及《煤矿井下供电设计技术规定》。根据工作面用电设备的技术参数,对移动变电站进行选择计算、高压低压电缆进行选择计算、高压低压开关进行选择、短路计算及继电保护装置进行整定。

ABSTRACT
Mechanized mining face by supporting selected mechanical equipment, electrical equipment supporting the right choice to ensure the fully mechanized mining equipment to normal operational.
Fully mechanized coal mining face power supply is safe, reliable, technical and economic rationality, will be directly related to the physical, mines and equipment, safety and production of normal mining area. As the coal mine working environment is very bad, so in addition to the power supply on the risk of electric shock and reliable measures to prevent the physical, but also have the right to choose the type of electrical equipment and parameters, using reasonable power, control and protection systems, strengthen electrical equipment maintenance and repair to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment and to prevent gas and coal dust explosion.
Working Face the design of power supply system, follow the mine's basic requirements for power panies and the "technical requirements of Mine Power Design." Face of electrical equipment according to the technical parameters of the mobile substation to select terms, selection and calculation of high voltage low voltage cables, high pressure low pressure switch to choose short-circuit calculations and protective device setting.
