摘要
冷冲压是金属加工重要方法之一,它是建立在金属塑形变形的基础上,在常温下利用冲模和冲压设备对材料施加压力,使其产生塑性变形或分离,从而获得一定形状、尺寸和性能的工件。与其他加工方法相比,冷冲压是一种省能、低耗、高效的低成本的加工方法,且能加工形状复杂、要求表面质量好,刚性好的制件,生产的产品质量稳定,可批量生产。
这个课题要求对给定零件汽车车轮固定架进行工艺分析及模具设计,通过对零件进行详细的工艺分析确定零件的冲压工艺方案并制定部分零件的制造工艺,分析比较了成形过程的三种不同冲压工艺(单工序、复合工序和给进工序),确定用一套复合模完成冲孔落料工序过程,再用一套弯曲模具完成弯曲工艺,最后利用Auto CAD软件对制件进行设计绘图。该实践性课题是对学生理论学的实践和检验,可对以后从事类似的工作有一定的指导性与实践性意义。

Abstract
Cold stamping is one of the most important ways of metal processing, it is based on the metal plastic deformation. at normal temperature, exerts pressure on the materials with click die and stamping device at normal temperature, making them deformed or separated under plastic property and thereby obtains workpieces of certain shape, size and performance. Compared with other processing methods, cold stamping is a processing method of energy conservation, low consumption, high efficiency and low cost. What’s more, it can be used to process finished pieces plex shape, high surface quality, and good rigidity. The products enjoy stability in quality and can be put into mass production.
This project calls for technology analysis and mold design for the fixing frameof given parts of automobile wheel. By analyzing the process of the parts in details to determine the stamping process scheme and develop the manufacture process of parts of some parts, it analyzed pared three different stamping processes (the single process, pound process and the feeding process) in the forming procedure. So it decided to use pound die for punching and blanking, then use a set of bending die for the bending process and finally use Auto CAD software for the design of the finished practical subject is the practice and testing of students' theoretical study
