重要事項 Important points to note:
申請人只可在面試前更改於獎學金計劃申請書第II部分大學/院校及課程填寫的選擇一次。
Applicants are only allowed to make change(s) to the choices filled out in Part II of the HKSES application form once before the interview.
申請人不可增加於獎學金計劃申請書第II部分大學/院校及課程填寫的選擇數目。舉例說,倘若申請人於獎學金計劃申報書第II部分只填寫了兩個選擇,他/她只可以更改該兩個選擇,而不能於本更改申請表格填寫三個選擇。
Applicants are not allowed to add choices filled out in Part II of the HKSES application form. For example, if an applicant had only filled out two choices in Part II of the HKSES application form, he/she can only make changes to those two choices instead of filling out three choices in this change request form.
本更改申請表格須連同申請人已報讀計劃更改的大學/院校及課程的證明文件一併提交,否則將不獲受理。
This change request form should be submitted together with documentary proofs showing that the applicant had already applied for the chosen universities/institutions and programme intended to submit for change. Otherwise, the change request will not be processed.
申請人提交的更改申請一經接納,其獎學金計劃申請將會根據他/她最新選擇的大學/院校及課程進行重新評估。因此,申請人的資格及遴選結果可能會受到影響,有關申請的處理時間亦有可能會延長。
