基于心理契约的IT项目管理团队凝聚力研究
摘要:本研究对象为某知名IT企业项目管理团队,主要研究对象限制在项目经理、项目工程师等有关项目团队成员。本研究探讨的项目管理团队中,心理契约内在不同的维度通过在不同环境中的不断修正促使团队成员形成不同程度和不同形式的员工满意度、组织承诺和组织公民行为,在此基础上,团队成员在态度、任务和行为方面形成产生高度的一致性,从而形成较高的团队凝聚力。通过分析,本研究提出从心理契约角度构建团队凝聚力理论假设模型,并通过实证研究验证该模型。
【Abstract】In this study, for a well-known IT enterprise project management team, mainly limited to the study project manager, project engineer, such as members of the team. This study investigated the project management team, a different psychological contract dimensions inherent in different environments through the continuous formation of the amendment to team members in different degrees and different forms of employee satisfaction, mitment anizational citizenship behavior, and on this basis, in the attitude of team members, tasks, and conduct a high degree of consistency of the formation to form a higher team cohesion. Through the analysis, the study of psychological contract from the perspective of building a team setting Cohesion hypothesis model, and through empirical research to verify the model.
