摘要
论文以实习为依托,针对河南久安实业有限公司产品的生产特点,从现代生产的角度,集合定性和定量相结合的系统分析方法,综合运用IE的多种现代管理理论和方法,对原棉成纱生产线的持续改善活动。本文首先利用程序分析之流程程序分析和布置径路分析对原棉成纱生产线进行调整改善,并立刻收到立竿见影的效果,缩短了搬运距离和工作周期,降低了工人的劳动强度,增强了企业生产的连续性。而后通过人机作业分析,实现了在相同生产输出情况下,减少工人数目,降低人工成本。最后对现场改善的过程和方法进行了总结和评价,旨在探索适合棉纺企业作业改善的方法,实现资源的优化配置,以达成节约成本和资源,提高生产率,增强企业竞争力的目的。

ABSTRACT
Taking practice as the basis, according to the Henan pany Limited production characteristics, from the modern production point set, bination of qualitative and quantitative system analysis method, the integrated use of IE a variety of modern management theory and method, the raw cotton yarn production line for continuous improvement activities. This paper first uses the process analysis process analysis and layout path analysis on raw cotton yarn production line for improvements, and immediately get to get instant results effect, shorten the transportation distance and the work cycle, reduces the labor intensity of workers, enhance the enterprise production continuity. Then through the operation analysis, achieved in the same production output, to reduce the number of workers, reduce labor costs. At the end of the scene to improve the process and methods were summarized and evaluated, aiming to explore the suitable for cotton spinning enterprise process improvement methods, optimize the allocation of resources, to save cost and resources, increase productivity, strengthen petitiveness of the enterprise.

研究的目的、意义、国内外发展状况
(1)课题研究的目的
工业工程是对人员、物料、设备、能源和信息组成的集成系统进行设计、改善、和实施的工程技术,它综合运用数学、物理学和社会科学的专门知识和技术,结合工程分析的技术和设计的原理与方法,对该系统所取得的成果进行预测、确定和评价。工业工程的核心是降低成本、提高质量和生产率,工作研究是工业工程体系中最重要的基础技术之一,它以提高生产率和整体效益、降低能耗和浪费为目的,利用方法研究和作业测定两大技术来提高企业生产率,减轻劳动强度,是“现代企业”走向现代化的必由之路,是企业腾飞的基石,它通过分析影响工作效率的各中因素,帮助企业挖潜、革新、消除人力、物力、财力和时间方面的浪费,寻求工作量少、经济、合理、科学的作业方法和标准,为定额和优化的生产系统而努力,为后续的现场改善、设施规划、物流等工作提供依据。有效的工作研究在企业的成功运用,将会带来立竿见影的效果,
