The following measures have been drawn up by XX. (Hereinafter referred to as “pany”) to ensure pliance between inspections.

Medical Certification (Regulation )

Every seafarer employed on board the ship will be in possession of a valid medical fitness certificate attesting that he is medically fit to perform the duties he is to carry out.

The nature of medical examination and certificate ply with the standards of medical fitness for seafarers in accordance with the STCW Convention 1978, as amended from time to time.

Prior to working on the ship, every seafarer will hold a valid medical certificate issued by a duly qualified medical practitioner licensed at the place of examination and/or recognized by petent authority at the place of examination, attesting that the seafarer is medically fit to perform the duties that they are to carry out at sea
