汽包两侧水位偏差原因分析及改造
摘要
汽包在自然循环回路中处于重要地位其内部进水管的给水分配是
决定汽包内部水位平衡的最重要因素之一利港电厂的二台锅
炉投产后汽包二侧水位偏差很大多次发生因汽包水位造成的非计划停
机本文对汽包水位偏差大的原因进行了全面分析并对汽包两侧进水
量作了重新核算提出两侧进水单边出水的改造方案
本文所作的主要工作如下
本文全面分析了汽包水位偏差大的原因根据水位偏差试验结果
及现场对汽包给水管系统测绘的结构数据并结合流量偏差理论计算
确定了汽包两侧水位偏差主要原因有两方面给水分配管出水孔分布原
设计存在不足锅炉负荷变化引起汽包水位偏差
本文结合原因分析确认了此问题的关键在给水分配管两侧流量分
配不均考虑两侧流量均衡本文提出了三个改造模型并进行了计算比
较在兼顾经济性和施工便捷性的前提下确定了两侧进水单边出
水的改造方案
此方案实施改造后的试验结果与理论计算设计值吻合汽包两侧配
水量均衡汽包二侧的水位偏差基本消除从根本上解决了锅炉因汽包
水位偏差较大导致的安全隐患问题

BIG DEVIATION OF BOILER DRUM
ABSTRACT
The drum is important in natural cycle boiler, the assignation of it's inlet feedwater
pipe is one of the most important factor of it's water level balance inside of the
two side water level deviation of the Ligang two boilers, it's capacity is 1160t/h,is
big,because of it, there have happened many nonplanned stopping the article,It
completedly analyses the causes of the big deviation,renewedly calculates the inlet water
flow of the drum two side,and brings forward the rebuildding project , “In of two side,Out
of one side”.
The main content of this article,as follows:
1. pletedly analyses the causes of the big the base of the
test,reference the feedwater pipe's structure data,bine the result of flow deviation
calculation,it confirm the two mainly causes of the big deviation,the one is that the design
of the feedwater pipe's distributing is irrelevant,the other the changing of the boiler's load.
2. It confirms the key of the question, ascertains the rebuilding puts
forward three rebuilding models, in the base of calculating paring, and giving
attention to the economy and the conveniency,finally,it selects the model, “In of two
