供水是城镇发展的重要基础设施,是国家建设、社会文明进步、人民生活不可缺少的,无法替代的物质基础。随着社会的发展进步,城市高层建筑的供水问题日益突出。一方面要求提高供水质量,不要因为压力的波动造成供水障碍;另一方面要求当发生火灾时能够可靠供水,保证供水的可靠性和安全性,针对这两方面的要求,新的供水方式和控制系统应运而生,这就是可编程序控制器(简称PLC)控制的无塔供水系统。无塔供水系统包括生活用水和消防用水的控制。该系统保证了供水的质量,提高了系统的可靠性。
随着PLC技术的迅速发展,PLC在我国各个工业控制领域中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文采用了可编程控制器来实现无塔供水系统的自动控制,并比较详细地介绍了OMRON公司CPM2A系列PLC在无塔供水系统中的硬件配置和软件设计。本系统使用了世纪星组态软件做为监控平台,可以进行实时监控,达到监视整个设备工作状态、设备情况的目的,实现了对无塔供水系统的实时监控。最后,通过软硬件相互之间的配合,使之达到工业自动化设计的要求。

Abstract
Urban water supply is an important basis for developing the infrastructure of the country, the progress of social civilization, the people's living standards indispensable to the irreplaceable material foundation. Along with social progress and development, urban high-rise building water supply problems have e increasingly prominent.
