图象分割是自动目标识别系统(AT RS-Automatic Target Recognition System)的关键部分,,图象分割是其中一个重要的问题, 20世纪70年代起就受到人们的高度重视,至今己提出上千种分割算法,其中简单背景中目标分割的方法很多,大致可分为以下几种:基于直方图阈值的分割方法、基于聚类的分割方法、基于边界的分割方法,以及基于区域的分割方法等,其中阈值法以其简单、快速、实用、有效的特点得到了较为广泛的应用。而对于复杂背景至今还没有很有效的分割方法,本文采用了阈值分割方法并尽可能抑制背景嗓声的千扰提高了图象的分割效果.

Abstract
Image Segmengtation is key part of AT RS-Automatic Target Recognition System ,The goal lies in seprating the object and the background .Image segmentation is an important problem of digital image processing and also mon difficult problem. Gets up from the 20th century 70's receives the people highly to take, until now over a thousand kind of divisions algorithms had been there are many the goal division methods In simple background , approximately may divide into following several kinds: Based on the histogram threshold value division method, based on gathers the kind of division method, based on the boundary division method, as well as based on the region division method and so on, threshold value law by its simple, was fast, practical, the effective characteristic obtained a more widespread until now for plex environment there are haevn't the very effective segment method .this article to use thehierarchically clustering. Meanwhile it suppresses the interruption of background noise as much as possible. moreover calculated the price was lower.
