摘要
论文研究了水—水换热机组的设计问题,换热机组集换热器、单片机、传感器、显示器、变频器、循环水泵、补水泵于一体,完成对数据的采集、处理、显示,并进行自动控制。论文主要研究了机组的智能控制系统,该课题的研究目的是实现机组在无人值守的情况下,可按不同的工况条件和用户的作息时间,合理运行,达到最佳供暖和节能效果。其中,课题设计硬件电路包括四大模块:⑴数据采集模块实现有关温度信号的采集与放大,并对信号进行模—数转换,形成数字信号;⑵单片机调控模块对数据采集部分输出的数字信号进行分析处理,按照已设定的相关程序形成调控信号,传达到执行机构部分;⑶人-机交互模块实现相关温度、压力信号的实时显示,便于实时监测;⑷调控执行模块接受单片机调控部分输出的调控信号,在单片机的控制下实现对有关流量的调控。;设计软件系统采用汇编语言编程,主要功能包括基本的温度、压力数据显示,温度、压力、流量控制,数据记忆存储,超压报警。

Abstract
The paper has studied the water and water heat transfer unit's design question, This plate heat exchanger units collect heat interchanger, monolithic integrated circuit, sensor, monitor, frequency changer, circulating water pump in a body. pletes data gathering, processing, the demonstration, and can through change the water pump’ current capacity in a time side, controls return pipes the water temperature in two time side, enables its temperature to achieve the industry the demand has studied unit's intelligence control system with emphasis.
