摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的不断繁荣和发展,各大中小城市都在进行亮化工程。各企业为宣传自己企业的形象和产品,均采用广告手法之一:霓虹灯广告屏来实现这一目的,本文就是介绍如何利用PLC来实现这一目的的.
霓虹灯的闪烁不能说用人工控制,那样不会呈现给人们美的视觉,而用电气控制的话,中间使用的继电器,会有机械磨损,而霓虹灯的闪烁时间间隔是相当的短,几乎是零点几秒,这样看来使用电气控制是不太可能了,当然随着一种需要必然会有一种东西的出现。可编程控制器简称(PLC)的出现就解决了这个问题,它具有它独特的优点来控制霓虹灯的闪烁。

Abstract
As the socialist market economy continues to prosperity and development have been carried out in various universities, city lighting project. All enterprises and the enterprises to promote their image and products and advertising practices adopted one: neon lights advertising screen to achieve this purpose, this paper is on how to use PLC to achieve this purpose.
The neon scintillation can not speak with manpower under the control of , can not appear like that giving people beautiful optesthesia, but use the relay that electric control's words , centre use, to be able to have machinery to wear away, that the neon scintillation period is suitable but shortly, almost is several seconds of zero , such looks to have used electric control to be not very possible , appears certainly with the fact that one kind needs necessity is able to have one kind of thing's. Programming controller the problem having resolved this right away appears on shorter form (PLC)'s , it has it ing to control a neon's unique merit.
