摘要为明确沙棘木蠹蛾(Holcocerus hippophaecolus)性诱剂野外诱捕效果的时空动态变化,分别在受害沙棘林的上风向、下风向及侧风向区域等距离设置7个诱捕器。结果表明:处于林缘不同风向的诱捕器均能诱捕到数量不等的成虫,但差异不显著,诱捕量从30~180 m呈现减少的变化趋势。在诱捕器挂出的前2 d,诱捕到成虫数量最多,占到65%以上,之后呈减少的变化趋势。

The results showed that the males could be trapped in differen
t directions of the seabuckthorn woodland,but there was no significant difference on trapping numbers,and the trapping number decreased from 30 m to 180 m. About 65% of the males were attracted in the first two days,and then the number reduced.

沙棘木蠹蛾(Holcocerus hippophaecolus)属鳞翅目(Le-pidoptera)木蠹蛾科(Cossidae)线角木蠹蛾属(Holcocerus)[1-2],主要为害沙棘的根干部。近年来,沙棘木蠹蛾在我国辽宁、内蒙古、陕西、山西等省区大面积发生,导致沙棘大面积死亡,严重影响了当地的生态环境建设和经济发展。
目前,在木蠹蛾类害虫的防治中,性信息素是一种简便易行的办法,能够显著降低虫口密度[2-5]。张金桐等分析、合成并筛选出活性较好的沙棘木蠹蛾的性信息素组分及其比例,具有较好的野外引诱效果[6-8],而有关其在野外应用的时空动态变化还未见报道。为此,笔者于2010年7―8月在辽宁省建平县进
