摘要
为保护环境,提高人民的生活质量,汽车排放治理已成为各级政府部门的重要工作。实施I/M制度是目前控制在用汽车排放污染的最行之有效的手段之一,为了满足I/M制度的实施要求,在用汽车的排放检测方法由怠速/双怠速法向工况法发展。
论文介绍了在用汽车尾气排放工况法检测方法;通过尾气污染物生成机理和影响因素的分析,证明了尾气排放检测时,测试工况精确控制的必要性;根据GB18285-2005《点燃式发动机汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法(双怠速法及简易工况法)》的要求,构建了稳态加载工况法排放检测系统,选用美国NI公司的LabVIEW软件和VC++软件为开发工具,运用虚拟仪器技术,独立地设计出在稳态加载工况下汽车排放污染物数据采集系统。系统采用A/D数据采集卡,运用可控硅整流电路及动态链接库技术,实现了实时控制底盘测功机的加载量,同时采集系统所需的各种参数。

Abstract
In order to protect environment and raising the life quality of the people, administering the automobile emission es the important work of government departments. Implements of the I/M system is the most effective method of controling in-use automobile to discharge the pollution. In order to satisfy the request of the I/M system, the examination method of in-use automobile is discharged from speed idel/two-speed idel mode to the simple driving mode.
The methods on examining the exhaust of in-use automobile are introduced. Through analysis the mechanism and influence factor of the exhaust pollutant production, proves that when examine the exhaust discharges accuracy control the test operating mode is necessity. According the request of GB 18285-2005《limits and measurement methods for exhaust pollutants from vehicles equipped ignition engine under two-speed idle conditions and simple driving mode condition》, designed the Acceleration Simulation Mode detecting system ,this system chooses the LabVIEW software of American NI corporation and the VC++ software, using virtual instruments technology and independently designing out that the automobile exhaust pollutant detecting system under the ASM. The system is designed for the testing application development, using A/D data acquisition (DAQ) card, silicon controlled rectifier rectification circuit and dynamic link library (DLL) technology.
